Qari Writer Professor Muhammad Mushtaq Anwar (1964–till now) ( بروفيسر قارى محمد مشتاق انور), is a renowned Qari (reciter of the Qur-an). He started holding the responsibility of Husn e Qiraat in Qiraat, Naat and Seerat programs in public gatherings and also at PTV from early 90’s. Professor Qari Muhammad Mushtaq Anwar was the first person who appeared on the screen, Within the shortest span of appearance, he turned into one of the most loved and admired Qurra's and Naat Reciters in Husn e Qiraat competitions & conferences and Naat programs throughout the World.A lot of CD and Cassette volumes are released from different places of Pakistan. Recently 1st time in Pakistan, he recorded video complete Quran e Pak (Hadr), which is telecasting daily at Rohi TV in Ramdan 2013 from Sahr 04:00AM to 05:00AM and repeat 03:00PM to 04:00PM.
Professor Qari Muhammad Mushtaq Anwar represents the Pakistan at world level like Saudi Arabia, Iran, India & many others countries and also won Husn e Qiraat competitions with 1st position. He also has the distinction of being one of the very few Qurra's to have recorded the entire Holy Qur’an & Naat programs on electronic media. This recording was played on different TV channels during the month of Ramzan since 1988.He were also appointed many times as chief judge for the Qiraat o Naat competitions at national & international level as well as Television and Radio.
